best river fishing spot for chests?

is there one? or did anybody found a place where the chances for chests to spawn in the forest RIVER area are higher than normal?:) please let me and everyone else know :) would help alot with the museum collection ^.^

I'm in my 8th year and can't say I've noticed a best place for treasure. I think you've more chance for treasure when the Spirits are in a good mood. I've tried Lucky Lunches with little effect and the Treasure Lure doesn't seem to make much difference either. Overall I do better with Treasure when the Spirits are in a good mood.

Any place where you can see ripples in the water. You'll know when you have the spot by the blue sparkles around your bobber when you cast.
They change all the time so keep your eyes open.

The treasure lure and magnetic bait both help as well.

Another tip I can give is that you can guide where you cast you line by using the arrow keys.

Keep an eye out for bubbles in the water! I know that generally means you will catch fish faster but more fish means more of a chance for treasure chests. Also make sure it's on a lucky day / when the spirits are feeling good on that particular day because that will certainly increase your chances.
