What are the odds you can obtain Void Egg, either from witch or traveling cart?

I have no clue. But I think, as the travelling cart sells nearly all the items and there are quite a lot of them, the chances are quite slim there. As for the witch, they are quite rare. I am now near the end of year 6 (6*4*28 = 672 days total) and had 1 witch and 2 fairies visiting so far. This means below 0.5 % probability per night - from my experience.

I got mine from the witch in my 3rd year.
I haven't seen the traveling cart sell them ever.

I'm pretty sure its just a random thing.

I found them there, the wiki also says, that it sells the eggs. But as I stated, the cart sells nearly all items but only a small selection each time, so the probability to get it there is quite low.

I have seen the void egg in the pig cart. I also didn't get the witch to fly over until my third NB year.

I've had witches and fairies like crazy though, probably like 9 times total where most people get 2 or 3.

wut? Im at the end of Year 3 and i havent seen any witch. I mean, at all. Well, I guess RNGod doesnt let me get the achievement.

Lol that's like how I only needed a rabbits foot to finish everything in the community center and bought like 5 rabbits to get it. After a year I got one and the day after it dropped, the cart had it.

Should I have kept my void egg? Just recently a witch came and I found a void egg in my coop. I didn't really know much other than the fact that you can sell the mayo for a good price so I just made it into void mayo and sold it.

Did I screw myself?
