How can I know which items had crafted?

I want to reach craft every items achievements. Can I check them like crop shipped page?

Is there a way to get a Crocus and snow yam apart from being in winter? I went to the winter mine levels and I can get the winter root and crystal fruit, but I haven't seen the other two. I think the winter seed packet is the only thing I have left to craft.

The best you can do is open up your save game file and see which items you have crafted 0 of.

If you are talking about cooking....Hit the E button, click the collections tab, near the bottom is a tab with plate, fork, & knife, click that and it will show you what you have made.

Pretty much this. There would be some items you had to make yourself if they are around the farm, but otherwise safer to just make your own everything all over again.

Nope make sure you write down everything if you want the crafting achievement. It's pretty annoying not getting the achievement when you think you crafted everything (but did not). I was 100% sure I crafted the ancient seed. I was looking at everything else, trying to make them again, but then I crafted the seed and got the achievement. I swear I crafted that seed before! But if I would have written it down....
