The Programming Language?

So to be honest, I don't know too much about programming languages in general except for names and basics. I saw a ton of success story articles and the like that all stemmed from the fact that the creator made the game all by himself over a period of years as a side project while he was going to work. Fact is, it gave me a lot of hope to someday make a game like this (not anything related to stardew valley at all) and I figured I would start off by trying to learn the language that made this game specifically. Does anyone what it is?

Check out here ConcernedApe responded also saying "I am using C# as the language (using XNA) and Visual Studio 2010 as the IDE. I draw most of the graphics in Paint.NET, and create all the music and most of the sound effects using Propellerhead Reason 4.0."
