Whats the advantages of getting the Mushroom Cave rather than Fruit Bat Cave?

On my first playthrough, I went with the Fruit Bat Cave and its extremely useful. It gives you Apricots and other useful items that can be put into bundles, you can make juice out of the fruit you pick from it(which as I recall, there is no Artisan Good you can make from mushrooms), though chances are you have more than enough fruits and veggies you can make artisan goods out of. Whats the benefit to getting the Mushroom Cave?

The thing I like about the fruit bat cave is that you can get silver/gold star fruit. With the mushrooms, they will always be normal quality. However, overall I think that the mushrooms earn you more money & it makes it much easier to obtain all types of mushrooms.
