Best level for slimes?

I need slime for the boiler room adventurer's bundle. What level is best for farming slimes?

It is generally easier and quicker to get one of the other items than 99 slime. Plus you will be wanting to use slime elsewhere. Either get lower in the mines, or check the moving cart shop to the south of your farm on Fridays and Sundays .. he sells them randomly.

As for slimes, you get about 5-10 in the secret woods every day, and then they appear randomly on all levels in the mines and the skull caves.

i didnt use slime for that, personally- i used bat wings and the two essences (which are deeper in).

you need a LOT of slime later on for other things though. hows your combat ability and gear? as you descend the mine, it helps a lot to upgrade your gear.

Nope, only two of the four; should point out at this point that the boiler room isn't the only one that needs fewer than it lists as 'possible' donations....

If you're at the stage where you can visit the sewer you can visit Krobus every Monday to buy up to 50 slime.

Find the slime infested level and hit it all day everyday or on days when its close to the elevator. I was getting 100 to 300 slime per day. It works just like the normal infested level moving up a floor each day. If you need slime like I did for oil makers then finding this is a goldmine.
