Ghosts and Solar Essences

What are the best levels to find ghosts? I'm looking to loot solar essences, and I know ghosts usually drop them, but I'm having trouble finding ghosts. I read the levels that the Wiki says they appear on, but some levels are usually better than others. Does anyone know what those levels are?

I'm in the 80's level and haven't seen many yet. One, here and there.

I've gotten to the last levels of the mine and I've unlocked Skull Caverns, but I haven't found many enemies there that drop solar essences. Which are you talking about?

It actually appears to me that the levels lesser than 70 have a higher concentration of ghosts. It might just be me, though. Additionally, Metal Heads in levels 80 and deeper are far more common than ghosts, and will drop Solar Essence as well.

Recently I started a new game. If you looking for Ghost, then it's on level where the whole mine environment is white/snowy (41-69), just quickly kill'em to get loot.

I start at 60 a lot when I go there and find a bunch of ghosts.

Um, no. They spawn as early as 61, and end spawning at 79.
