C J Bs Item Spawner (mod)

Herm.. I wanted to make myself a perfect farm, just the way i liked it with C J Bs Item Spawner Mod and i downloaded it and idid wat ther read me told me to do but the mod isnt working... Could someone give me directions on how to get it to work for Windows 10? thanks! <3

it allows u to spawn items in, rearrange your farm ect and i've been using it on win 10 np :)
