Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley

I want a divorce.
Married Elliott, since he's the (slightly) less whiny of the two available adult males. To celebrate our wedding day, I went around to everyone giving gifts of syrup. Came back home to my new hubby, and he starts pulling the jealousy act. "I heard you gave a gift to Alex. Do I need to be worried?" I don't put up with that nonsense from my IRL husband, and I'm certainly not gonna put up with it from this jerk. Then he stayed in bed for three days in a row. So now I'm trapped in a loveless Stardew Valley marriage, sleeping in the same bed but never speaking, wishing I could start over. In spite of the moustache, I'd definitely take Harvey over Elliott.

As long as I'm complaining, I'd like to be able to wear a skirt. The villagers get skirts, but I don't?! Not fair.

Sounds like a realistic marriage to me :steammocking:

Yay! I'm gonna slap that guy with papers so fast, his head'll spin!

Been with my real husband almost ten years, and we're still having a great time. I was done with Elliott the same day we got married!

You seem to be fairly well informed, Daitetsu; have you heard anything about skirts? Not like it makes that much of a difference, but still.

Yeah - no divorce, but it does sort of let you cheat on your spouse. I'm married to Penny, but was able to get to 10 stars and a 'girlfriend' status with Leah. (and the corresponding cut scene) Unfortunately, she never mentions anything about it after that. You'd think she would at least ask "so when are you dropping your wife?," but instead it's just a constant reminder of how great she is at making salads. :heyred:
