Bundle and Jojamart confusion

So I see from the guides that there's several rooms in the community center, and each one has a bunch of different bundles to do.
What I don't understand is, is the community center only repaired fully after you do EVERY single bundle (I.e. multiple bundles per room)? Or can you only choose to do one bundle per room, collect only one reward per room, and figure out which one to not do before I go buy a Jojamart membership so they'll turn it into a warehouse and they won't shut down?

I must be misreading things or something, because I don't really get how the whole thing works. I just want to know what bundles/rewards are worth getting, without risking fixing the community center fully which would close Jojamart.
Anyone have any helpful advice? I'd really appreciate it. I'm only on day 5 in spring, and I'm trying to figure out if I should complete the spring mix seed reward bundle or not.

Every bundle has its specific room where its plate is located. it repairs the specific room when completed.
So yes, You will need to complete them all to fully fix that overhyped shack.

I must warn you tho. If you get a jojamart membership instead, You'll have to buy every bundle at ridiculous prices instead of collecting items to unlock it.
So practically speaking you'd be going onto hardmode doing that.

EDIT: Oh and also, with every piece of the bundle completed, you receive a small reward. And each Fully completed bundle gets you a big reward. Specific rewards tho. Nothing to choose from.
I suggest fixing the Boiler room asap. that minecart transportation is... Literally the best thing that happened to my in-game schedule.

So, each room has X Amount of bundles to complete before that room is fully fixed?

Which would mean that I can get all but *ONE* room fixed by completing each rooms list of bundles, except for one of the bundles (one which the reward is 'meh' like fertilizer or something I could get easily), buy my Jojamart membership, and pay for the last bundle to be finished (not sure if there's a set gold cost rate for each and every bundle, so the one I save to pay Jojamart to do would be really easy / cheap)??

If you dont want the joja mart to close, dont make thd bundles and play with the member ship. Its faster and easier, but maybe not for a total beginner since you dont know how to make money FAST. But there's no negative side when the mart is closed since pierre has the same stuff and, after finished all bundles, every day open.

You could complete every room of the Community Center but one and then complete every bundle in that last room but one. Then decide to either complete that last bundle and save the Community Center OR buy the Jojo membership and turn the CC into a warehouse.
