Any place where you can get a new shirt?
I just realized the shirt I picked had boobs, so as a male character it just looks very strange.

If you've befriended the wizard up to two hearts you can use the shrine of horrorterror in his murderdungeon.

I mean, the Shrine of Illusions in his basement. It costs 500g to alter your appearance, which is just the character creation menu minus the gender option.

It's four hearts ♥♥♥♥. Give the dude some gems or solar/void essences and you'll get there in no time.
