Where is the bus driver?

So we just unlocked the bus repair from the community center, and according to the wiki, Pam should be at the bus stop from 10:10am to 5:00pm and able to take us to the Calico Desert. Only, it's gone 1:00pm and there's still no sign of her.

Where is the bus driver? Do we need to get there specifically at 10:10 or something?

UPDATE:

Okay so apparently we have to be there at 10:10 sharp. We waited around and she showed up there.

She should be there no matter when you get there, as long as it's between 10AM and 5PM. It's possible she doesn't show up the first day you unlock the bus, but that's just speculation on my part.

I think I remember her not showing up on the first day when I unlocked it. Makes sense, really, she probably needs a day to sober up enough to drive.

The day you unlock something it won't be available, you have to sleep off that day and the Junimos/JojaCrew will build/repair the thing at night for you to use. You even get that cool cutscene!
