Dr. Harvey pls

So Harvey is my husband and he always talks about his fear of me being brought into the ER unconscious. Well unfortunately for him I never pay attention to my health and blacked out in the skull mines. He has no dialog changes though so he treated me like a normal citizen and charged me $1000 for emergency surgery. He also never acknowledged it ever again. Maybe he detaches to deal?
