How to get unpicked bundle rewards after completeing all bundles?

No way. Once you complete all the bundles in a section it is repaired and the bundle tile disapears. You have to claim them before you close the bundle screen once you complete it.

Uncollected rewards can be found next to the Junimo hut. I think they appear at the same spot if you have finished the entire CC and the hut has disappeared.

Incorrect. Unclaimed rewards appear in a bag by the Junimo hut :>
