"It's locked"
Is it normal that every door I try to open says "It's locked", no matter what time it is & what building it is?

inb4 you forgot to shower after your farm work in the hot sun and the npcs are avoiding you.

On festival days businesses are closed. Houses should remain open, though. Sounds like a bug, maybe caused by mods, but who knows.

It's festival day indeed, but all houses are also closed. Next to that, I'm not using any modifications.

Despite what someone else posted, I actually think it's normal for houses to be locked on festval days, too. But i'm not 100% sure on that.
