Fastest Community Center
I've been thinking, Just how fast can you complete each room in the Community Center? Here is what I came up with and why.

Crafts: Winter Y1, becuse of winter foraging
Pantry: Fall Y1. The Artisian/animal bundles slow you down, and you need fall crops
Fish Tank: Fall Y1. There are two fish that you can't catch before Fall. Walleye and Tiger Trout.
Boiler: Spring Y1. If you do nothing but mine and clear 5 levels each day, it is possible to get to level 80+ in the mine, or even hit bottom before end of spring.
Vault: Spring/Summer Y1. This is just how fast can you raise money. Fishing is probably the fastest way.
Bulletin Board: Year 2. Unless your an absolute beast and use the wagon shop, a few things here can't be found naturally until year 2.

Feel free to comment/contest me.

The problem is, focusing on one thing at the same time as you're focusing on another will make it difficult to find enough time to actually get whatever it is you wanted. It's probably possible, if you really really wanted to speedrun it, though.

I replayed the game on the new forage map when the update came out, and was done the community centre by Summer year 2. I would have been done 1 week into spring year 2 if I had remembered to plant a poppy in my first summer, as that was the only item holding me up.

By halfway through winter year 1 I had all but 3 items (truffle, poppy and one other), so I suspect it is doable by the end of year 1. I wasn't speedrunning or anything, and definitely wasn't neglecting other aspects, just playing efficiently. By Fall of year 2 I had all animals, max friendship with everyone, 500+ crops with full junimo and iridium coverage, 200+ kegs, full cellar, and a greenhouse full of ancient fruit and 16 fruit trees. The key is planning and fully using each day.

I was mostly done by the beginning of summer in year two. After I got all them gold melons, the only thing I had to get was a sturgeon. Which, of course, was in winter. So I fully finished year two. I wanna try and get everything done by the end of year one on another playthrough!

In my last play-thru, I had everything but the truffle and rabbit's foot within the first year. It was a bit stressful, and friendship levels suffered for it since I spent all my time farming/foraging/fishing/mining. If you're super-organized (and luckier with the vendor than I was) it's doable in Y1.

My first community center "speedrun" was done on the 28 of Winter Y1. Only needed the red cabbage from the travelling merchant and got it on the last day. My run that i'm doing now is wel underway to be done in the first few days of Winter Y1. Only need 2 winter foraging pieces and the nautulis shell.
