How to get those last two hearts?

I just got the the heart right before those two and I gave her a Pink Cake (which is a love) in her birthday and didnt get those hearts, only 1. Thanks in advance

Give whoever you want to marry a bouquet from Pierre's for only 200 gold, and it'll unlock the last two hearts. You'll also start dating! And, the rest of the points will be added on once you get the bouquet. You /should/ be at 9 hearts or 10 by then. I went from 6 to 10 by giving Penny a melon for her birthday.

You need to give her a bouquet to unlock the last two. They are bought from pierre's shop after he tells you he's selling them. He only does this after you have had at least one eight heart event, I believe.

Yeah when a marriage candidate gets to 8 hearts, you have to give them a bouquet from Pierre's to unlock the ability to get the final two hearts. They will then be listed as your boyfriend or girlfriend.

You should have got a letter in the mail after you first got a marriage candidate to 8 hearts telling you about the bouquet, but it's okay if you didn't quite understand what it meant. These things happen :D

You can have multiple girlfriends / boyfriends at the same time too. You can give multiple people who are at 8 hearts a bouquet, it will unlock the ability to bring them all up to 10 hearts at the same time and they'll all be listed as you boyfriend or girlfriend. This works for sure before you're married with no consequences in other relationships as I've tested it out personally.

I believe from what I've read you can even still unlock the last two stars on others after you're married as well by giving out bouquets, but some updates happened after the information I've read about so I don't know if some kind of jealousy system got put in place or something changed there so it hurts your marriage relationship a bit? Even if it did you could still build it back up quick enough but just in case you may want to open multiples up before you get married.

It only gave me one heart when I gave the bouquet
