What should I do now? Late game...
I did the Community Centre challenge, got the grandfather statue for iridiums, upgraded all my tools, bought enough iridium sprinklers to feed 1000 seeds, bought the million dollar statue and got married.... Don't know what else to do since it seems everything has passed... The only thing I can think of is going lower than 25 levels in the skull mines, but there's never enough time in the day since you have to wait for the bus til 10am. Are there some more main events I'm missing out on? Thanks.

Have you donated all the artifacts to the museum?

Have you caught every fish?

There are different challenges I've read about. Start a new farm where you don't purchase seed or you can't go to the mines, or no farming at all only fishing, animals and mining. Or start a new farm where you can't leave the farm AT ALL. There are ways of making it more challenging.

You can get really deep in the Skull Caverns by investing in Staircases.

I'm sitting on 200 hours of gameplay and I haven't gotten bored yet- but I am at that point in all three of my savefiles where my farm is exactly where I want it to be. I'm just three of the Legendary Fish and a couple of recipe unlocks away from finishing off those achievements, and I'm filling a barn each with Crystalariums and Statues of Endless Fortune as a bit of a bragging rights challenge for myself. Seriously, it'll cost a toal of $120,000,000 to finish that off.

I still have a couple artifacts left to complete the Musuem, haven't beaten the arcade games yet, and a few other things that I'm looking forward to ticking off the list- then I'm going to dive back into the secret hunt and see if there are any audio combinations with flute/drum blocks that'll trigger reactions around the map.

I am playing stardew valley less often than i used to play. there is not many stuff to do now, and most of the missing stuff requires grinding and time.
+Cook every recipe (i still need like 5 recipes).
+Complete museum (hard...).
+Complete 40 "help wanted" quests (i guess im pretty close).
+Get 10,000,000 gold (very far, but i can do it if i put some effort).
+Beat Journey of Praire King without dying (i dont have any plans about trying it soon, maybe i will try it someday...)
+Get Joja achievement (boring... i will try it later)
+Last Stardrop (needs complete museum)

You could build a ton of coops and create a flock of ducks capable of overrunning Pelican Town. CHARGE!!!!

You'd have to start with mixed seeds to get your crops going
