How do you make your fishing bar bigger? the "green" one

I was just wondering, because i love fishing and its a great way of making money in stardew valley. i noticed that in this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeHvKKehwCs ) the green bar is bigger, does anybody here know how to make it bigger? I've got the iridium rod btw.

Just level up your fishing skill. It'll get bigger.

Fishing skill increases your bar size slightly, use food that increases fishing skill to increase it even more.

Yes, leveling up will do it, eating trout soup and other foods that increase fishing skill by several levels will help as well. The bar in the video looks like it could be a level 8 to 10 bar.
