Giant mushrooms on my land. Is this good or bad?
At first I noticed a giant (ie the size of a tree) mushroom on my land. I thought it was kind of funny and left it there. After a while another one popped up and today I saw a third one.

Is this good or bad? Will the giant mushrooms take over completely unless I cut them down?

I swear i found the chewing stick once but i can't see it in my collection so maybe i trashed it idk. And fishing might work, but i fished up over 1.5k fish and im bored of it. Even with cheats wherethe fish bites instantly and catch the fish instantly bored me...

All easy ones. If I look at my artifacts tab, most of these I got more than 20+ times, EACH.
The dolls are tough.
Maybe a tip that would help. Try to not hoe any worms for a few days, 3-4 days max, and all the worms will keep accumulating. Hence a greater chance to hoe an artifact.

after 3-4 days, at 7 in the morning, take your horse and literally forage the ENTIRE MAP. You will have so many worms everywhere, the chance for hoeing artifacts will be much better. The 2 strange dolls were tough for me, these are the last 2 I found, and I got them with a fishing chest, I remember it very well.
Worms barely show up for me, at all..... I haven't hoed worms in like 2 weeks and i still can't see any.
Also, i keep finding lost books, but they dont appear in the museum. While i was diggin in the mines i found like 7 or 8 of these lost books and none of those showed up. Im guessing they are either bugged or those are the game's base items. Like, if id mismatch happens or something you will get a "base" item instead, like breakfast in binding o f isaac if you got all items already it will only give you breakfast

You just don't see them. It's impossible. They are hard to spot on the grass, especially in the spring and summer. But all the worms in the sand, any season, you should have plenty.

There's a ton of worms at the rail station, at the beach, in the southwest woods, in the secret forest and in calico desert. After 4-days, there should be plenty of worms. Just visit ALL these places, in the same day, and you should be lucky. If not, you keep trying, and the game will give these to you. However, if you find fishing boring and you almost never fish (after fishing 1500 fishes), then you clearly are hurting your chances.

No bait no tackle, the iridium rod, and a rotation of the 3 best fishing spots (one spot at the Ocean, one on the woods river and one near the mine entrance), the treasure profession, and dedicating fishing from 8am to 10 pm, and it should do it for you. I agree it gets boring after a while, but when you find VERY RARE items, it's worth it and motivates you to continue.

Plus, with my gold-star fish collection, I had to fish a lot. All I'm getting are gold star fishes anyway, I never fish a silver star or no-star anymore.

There's only 3 fish that are impossible to get a gold star on (only silver can be fish):

Scorpion Carp
Sandfish
Angler

:D

FYI my angler is gold. Sandfish and scorpion carp can't be golden because the pond is small and the distance between the bobber and the block you stand on is too small

Also, i have never ever seen a worm spawn on grass. Only on plain dirt or sand at the beach and desert

Darn. I figured the Angler existed in Gold. But since we can only catch it ONCE, I got silver star on all my 3 playthroughs, and all youtubers I follow got the same. Lucky you. I didnt want to restart the day just for that fish though. I can live with 3-silver star fishes :D

They do spawn on grass, very hard to notice them. Especially around the Community Center and in the Woods.
