So you suppose NPCs must always motionless like other games that do nothing but stay same spot waiting for you to interact ? This isnt not "About-ME-simulation" but "About-farming-LIFE-simulation", and in life, no one waits for you, they have schedules, and you either learn about theirs, or you can uninstall and stop ranting about stupid thing,
...but in that specific case I blame Mayor Lewis.
His STORE open time is 9AM- 4.30PM. His HOUSE open time is 9AM - 8PM. Stop complaining because you didnt read the note outside his store. There is NO SHOP open 12 hours a day. If you cant make it within the open time then your schedule is the problem, not NPCs.
Also, most female NPCs, including Marnie + Robin have gym class every Tuesday at Pierre's, and if you cant notice it within few in-game months then your OBSERVATION skill is the problem.
He isn't...
He's attending the boiler room... Jesus Christ! Use your damn imagination will you?!
Ain't country life beautiful
Everyone else is just chilling and living their lives.
I mean, there's a reason the phrase "nine-to-fiver" exists to describe the general working class.
