Should I buy Stardew Valley?

Summer sale is upon us all and I really want to expand into different genres of games. My whole life I have only fps's and games that were really popular (COD, battlefield, CSGO).

Last year I took a leap of faith and bough witcher 3 and I loved it. I am getting tired of FPS's, mainly because they are too competitive, and I want to play games that I can play every now and then and have actual fun, so I looked into Stardew Valley. I have no experience with RPG's (except witcher 3) and I am very skeptical of buying stardew valley, have any of you been in my position? I would really like to buy this game, and love it. Any thoughts, even reading thus far, is appreciated. Thank you.

It's not that the game's bad.
I found the game enjoyable for the first few hours, afterwards I just kinda lost motivation to play it. Even playing with my brother didn't make it more enjoyable.

Don't get me wrong, I don' think it's a bad game. But I lost motivation quickly and it got boring to me.

I think you should. I bouth this game 5 days ago and already have 28h of gameplay. Its a really nice game, you can farm, fish, fight monsters, make friends and much much more!
