Sandy is not a marriage candidate, like Pyrofish said.
That's not a sentence.
All emily got is more she could talk about Fan favorite Haley once married and like spirit crystals and auras...which are new age delusions.
Clint did nothing wrong. He's just super beta.
If emily hooks up with him, that's her huge mistake. Well unless being the blacksmith is a good income for a while. He'd sure put me to sleep though. I mean the doctor and Maru's dad are both pretty boring too. But I guess Maru's dad is the more interesting and fun. Plus he's been married this long.
But he's a nice guy. He deserves all the unmarried women in town. He works hard, respects women, repects other people's feelings, is soft spoken, follows traditions, social norms, respects family, is nice to children, and he's at the pinnacle of his career minus he can't make the Galax Sword. He'd also risk his life I'm sure in a moment's notice if monsters attacked the town to protect the women and children.
Sure he doesn't take social risks...but...niceness. Think of the niceness. Guy's being nice is the sexyist thing possible, The TV told me so. So did women giving dating advice to men. He's so strong, so nice. Think of the free furnace blueprint he gives you. All the nice stuff he did for you in the past really matters.
Maybe if he wore a really, really good new pair emily would have started a conversation wth him?
Amen. Clint can bugger off. Emily deserves way way better. I have tried to like Clint, but I just cannot do it. He has skills, he has talent, he has stability, but he chooses to be miserable. He deserves the spot he has put himself in.
Non-Bachelor/ettes normally don't have the "single" label, therefore only marriage candidates have it (game-technically). This obviously stands out and leaves room for speculation as to why the label exists in her relationship bar.
Nevertheless, I'm not saying it is there for a reason, I think it's just a minor mistake.
On the other hand, looking at it through the logical prism, being labelled as "single" does not stand in any relation to being a marriage candidate or not (if we ignore the technical aspect from the game), all we can do is to question the purpose of the label at this point, I think.
So, to actually be on topic... Has anyone tried giving Sandy a bouquet to see what happens?
