Pregnancy Bug?

I've seen a few threads on this but no solutions. My husband has asked me if I want to have a baby on 4 seperate occasions, and later confirmed that I was big ol' fatso who was with child, but I've yet to have one child. What's going on? Is there a way to fix it so I can have a baby? I'm waking up in the morning, talking to him, and giving him a gift he loves. I come back in the afternoon for a chat, then I'm back home at night before he goes to bed to prompt one more screen of dialouge. I'm making sure to keep my energy bar full, in case in matters, and never going into the mines and losing health.

Does anyone have a fix? Is there a trick to it?

Well, you can't have more than two. At the same time..that's also happened to me and the only thing I could think of is that the nights my character was supposed to give birth lands on the same night something happens (explosion, fairy, witch) or that it's also the same day as an event. If your husband asks if you two should have a child, plan out the next 7 days..the child usually isn't born before then. Also avoid finishing any bundles.
I married Alex, and he would tell me ''Hun, can't you tell? You're pregnant!" and then the next night the box came up saying, "(My name), should we have a baby?" I was confused but then thought back to the other night and it was the Christmas Festival. I hope this helps!
