Can you remove the water patches/ponds on your farm?
Title explains itself, is there anyway to replace it with land?

Pretty sure there isn't. Every screenshot I've ever seen the ponds were still there.

Game would be better without the pound near your house. Then a well would have some point early game.

I'd rather be able to replace them both with wells. Looks a lot better than the ponds do.

What about fishing traps?

I don't even know what they are. I'm still pretty new.

Both my lakes are filled with crab pots. I get all my trash and 3 other fish (crayfish, snail & periwinkle) that I need for recipes. It'd be fun to replace the lakes, but I can't live without what my crab pots are producing. For the shrimps and lobsters (needed in recipes too), I have crab pots at the mountain lake, near the mines.

Things that trap fish, but thm into the pond and you get things like lobsters, snails, and trash to recycle.

Snails and Crayfish is what you get alot from your farm ponds - great for making quality fertilizer.
You could also pan at them (patches of water in your farm can "glitter"), if panning wouldn't be so utterly useless.

I like the little pond. I keep my coop with ducks, near it. I know they don't swim, but it makes me happy to see them near it.
