StardewModdingAPI.exe not working

The game starts but once I click the "load game" button and click my saved game the game goes to the Loading screen but then freezes and says "StardewModdingAPI.exe is not responding". Any help would be appreciated.

did you recently update Spacecore?? Some mods are causing problems since the last update of Spacecore.
Update SMAPI then reinstall any mod showing problems.
I had to delete and reinstall Durin's Rest and Items Bags after updating Spacecore.

then I suggest you check the posts for error issues on each of you mods. there maybe others having the same issues.
it may be you haven't installed SMAPI right. I made that mistake a few times when updating. its easy to do, but it doesn't look like it from your log.
However, you are using windows 11, which is well know to cause issues with the game, that's why I refused to update to it. It may also be your virus programs or settings causing the issue. Since your parse log is not showing any errors, I bet its window's 11 virus program.

Is there a correct way to install SMAP? Also i have no virus programs.

SMAPI does NOT go in the mod folder, that's the mistake some people make, but you seem to have done it right.
I usually extract it right into the download folder, the run the install from there.
The parse log link you shared seems to be a very short log, is some of it missing??
Try running a new parse log so i can compare it.

Sometimes it's just lag. If you skip the message and stay in the game window it may start working after a couple of minutes. I noticed you have TMXL and PyTk installed. PyTk is badly in need of a rewrite with the latest game updates. You can see that discussion here: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1726?tab=posts
I'd recommend disabling them and any dependent mods until it's resolved.
If that still doesn't clear it up at least a little, then you'll just have to disable mods one by one until you find the one giving you grief.

yes patience is a virtue, It some times takes 4-5 minutes for my game to load with all the mods I have, and if you try to hurry it up by clicking the mouse on anything, it will crash.
