Willy and harvey drive me CRAZY !!!

this two fellas keep running away from me while i do their quest and request is like when i get their stuff i search every where for them i dont find them even in saloon
willy i go to the river and leak and beach even his store dont find him there
same with harvey i went to his store and every single house he might give someone medicen but no
do they do what lewis and marine doing ? lol bruh

did you check Ginger Island, Harvey goes there sometimes. and Harvey likes to relax by the fountain near the playground.
Willy may be on his boat or fishing in Cinder forest near Leah's house.
If you finished the community center, then they could be there.
There is a mod that shows you where everyone is on the map.
you could also just check their schedules shown on the wiki page.

i guess every time i search for them in some place they move from other road like trying passing me and i keep search in wrong place

Ginger Island is accessed by Willy's Boat once it is rtepaired, it is in the back of his shop. It was a recent addition to the game.

The buss takes you to the desert. Ginger Island is fairly new.

Also there is a mod that puts the NPC locations on the map if you not opposed to mods. It is one mod that I use so I dont waste time looking for people.

lol. you still have a lot to learn in the game. After you finish the community center, at some point you will get a letter in the mail from Willy, When you visit his shop he will show you his back room with a boat that needs repair.
Once you repair the boat, you can ask Willy to take you to Ginger island -- lots to explore there.
