Game screen froze and I can't open the menu :(

So, this happen a few times already. I go do my thing in the greenhouse, I leave the greenhouse and the frame freezes. I am able to move and use my items, though I cannot open my Menu nor does the screen follow me when I walk out of frame...
I play with a few mods that affect the design of the characters and perhaps does some changes in the game itself, if needed I can make a list of them.
Please I'm really trying to get the game to work again because it's so tiring to see my game crash after I spend an entire game day to make a cute greenhouse T^T

Of course that's needed. Your mods are the problem.

google SMAPI PARSE LOG, follow the directions to run, save and parse the log, then paste the link to the log here, Then we can see what the problem is and try to help you fix it.
The parse log will tell you what errors there are in your game or with your mods ,and give possible instructions on how to fix it.
It will also give us a full list of mods, and tell if any requirements for those mods are missing.

just copy and paste the link to the log, its at the top in the little green box

I did, but when I pressed the green box as it said to do the new page that was supposed to open didn't load because of the problem I mentioned before :(

Okay here is another thing you can try. Delete the old text file in the folder, load up your game AND your save. After loading, quit the game and try to use the newly generated file instead for the log parser.
