Please Help, Should I Plant Now?
So I am on the 15th of spring right now and i want to plant starfruit. Starfruit takes 13 days to grow. If i plant the starfruit now and water it every day for the rest of the month, will it grow in time for harvest? I am not sure because the month is 28 days long and 15 + 13 = 28. Thank you in advance.

Starfruit only grows in summer.

Yes, you should have just enough time. (Pretty sure) Make sure to water it the same day you plant it.

It actually takes 14 days for Starfruit to grow on normal soil. The estimated grow time doesn't include the day you plant it. If you want to harvest the starfruit before the end of summer you need to use one of the speedgrow fertilizers.

If you water it the day you plant it, it does include the day you plant it, I do believe.

I always water my seeds the day I plant them, and it still takes an extra day. For instance, if you plant parsnips on the first of spring, you can't harvest them until the 5th, even if you water them the day you plant them. :)

Watering it the day you plant it, does count as a growing day, I try to get crops into the ground before sundown on whatever season you're in just to be sure. Additionally, just planting it on ground that a Sprinkler watered earlier doesn't seem to be enough, you have to actually water the seed. (At least that's what seems to work for me, maybe I'm wrong).

However ... the 15th is still cutting it kind of tight on a valuable seed like that, I'd probably wait until next year.

Huh... well ... seemed like it helped me, but I didn't do any precise counting, I'm just noticing which seeds have sprouted the next day and which haven't.

The ones I didn't water usually haven't.

You could use speed grow to make it graow faster
