Coffee has no quality?
I was wondering why when you make coffee on a keg with the coffee beans the quality of the Coffee gets reset to normal, regardless of the coffee bean quality. It makes no difference to make coffee from normal coffee beans and gold quality beans.

That's how all of the artisan goods work, the only way to get quality craft goods is with the new casks in the cellar. Some items with quality stars are worth more than their artisan good counterpart, others are always more valuable once processed- coffee being one of them.

The coffee always more profitable than coffee bean. Gold quality coffee bean solds for 22 g, while coffee sold for 150 g.

Cheese is currently the only gold quality artisan product you can use in the casks, Only other one I can think of offhand is the gold quality mayo from large eggs/dino eggs. Those can't be used in casks tho ofc.

I just found out that coffee sells at 150g like Reza said but the value doesnt increase when you have the artisan profession,it stays 150g.
