Farming in the winter?

I know you can't grow crops in the winter but can you collect foraging items and use them in Seed Maker to get winter seeds that you can in turn, use for farming?

If you have the resources, as in you have a lot of winter forage items stocked up, then I dont c why not. I just dont think it will be efficient in time tbh, but if you like the challenge then go for it. There are other ways to gain money efficiently if you havent unlocked the green house yet. Fishing is one of them.

I don't think so? I think you may want to read this wiki page as it explains everything you need to know including a small part at the beginning about the seed maker. I hope it helps. :)

You need the recipe in order to craft the wild seeds. you get that by rising the foragin skill to lvl7.
that way you can grow crops on winter.

I read that you can only use the winter root in a seed maker. The only reason I want to, is because I just recently got a ton of quality sprinklers for the first time and I wanted to put them to use lol. Thanks though
