Barring that, train up your Fishing and Foraging. Cut down all the trees in Cindersap Forest. Have Clint upgrade your tools. Catch some squids to make Pierre some calamari.
Dig around for clay and food. (Winter roots, snow yams.)
Befriend everyone. Talk to everyone, give as many people as possible gifts. It helps. (George sends you stone, Robin sends you wood, most people send you food or stuff you can use/sell...) Almost everyone sends recipes. Even just talking to people helps, but there's lots of items that everyone "likes", like milk and eggs, or blueberries.
Which reminds me: have Robin work on your farm. Build silos, build barns, build a horse stable...
Basically, everything you didn't have time to do, or kept forgetting to do, do it now.
