Mayor Lewis birthday

First of all he legit is NO WHERE he is supposed to be according to the wiki. Second of all I seriously waited at his house until 12am and he never showed up. Third of all this birthday ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the dumbest thing.. I just wasted the whole freaking day looking for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

You could just ignore the birthday, if I can't find them immediately I just give up. Also, the wiki is wrong often when it comes to schedules.

He leaves his house around noon and stands next to the clinic, under the tree. He's there until about 4pm. I had the same problem. But when a day doesn't work for me, I exit the game before the end of the day, resetting to the beginning, so the day isn't wasted.
