If you want to just change host once, you can find the world file under
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves
Change user_name to yours and make sure to make copies of the file before anything else.
Again I don't know how this will act moving to a new user so be warned, but good luck if you try.
The other fix is outdated , and likely will not work after Stardew 1.2, but on the offchance this is ok with you then I'll mention it anyway.
You can mod the game to leave the farm running. constantly, a good comparison is like a Minecraft server. This will require the multiplayer mod I mentioned, and another mod called SMAPI, which loads most mods (including this one) that the community makes.
Here is a link for the mod that keeps the server up:
https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2677
And here is a link for the SMAPI. Installing this is a little bit tricky so follow a guide like the one linked below:
https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2400
Windows guide:

Good luck!
