How many hearts does a rabbet need to give you feet?

The wiki says that, once a rabbit has "sufficient" friendship with the farmer, they drop Rabbit Feet. That's one of the two items left that I need to complete the Community Center, and the only one I think will be difficult to obtain. Right now I have a rabbit at 1 heart. How many do I need to get rabbit's feet, and can I get it that high within a season?

There's a slim chance for them to drop a foot at any positive friendship level provided they're in a really good mood and your daily luck is positive.

At one heart I think it's about a 10-20% chance depending on your daily luck and tops out at 40% with maximum hearts and maximum luck.

Thanks. I'm still in fall, year 2, so it sounds like I have a good chance of getting a Rabbit's Foot and therefore completing the community center before Grandpa returns.

Don't forget to check the Traveling cart on Friday and Sunday. And don't forget to check the vendors at the Night Market (in Winter) as well (each day of the market is an extra shot at the Traveling Cart vendor).

Also bear in mind, completing the Community Center means not just finishing the bundles, but also completing the closing event, which occurs on an evening after you finish the bundles. You'll need to enter the town center late in the day.

Also, if you become friends with the Wizard, he will send you stuff in the mail sometimes (just like any other NPC). This can include anything he likes and I believe there is a very small chance of getting a Rabbit's Foot that way.

I tried getting one that way, but serpent-hunting usually ends with me waking up in Harvey's clinic and clinging to life by a thread (though one night's sleep is enough to restore me to full health).

Me and my friend didn't get one until our rabbit was 3 hearts

I got a rabbit's foot from my rabbit in literally the last week of winter. This allowed me to complete the community center and get the opening ceremony, thus giving me enough points to pass Grandpa's evaluation.

The rabbit had 3.5 hearts when I got the foot.
