Monster Slayer Hero in Co-op Bugged?

My friend and I are doing a perfection run together, and I (the host) have completed all of the monster slayer goals, but in the walnut room it hasn't activated the achievement? We've tried the good old close and reload and even after a week it's still not been updated.

Anyone got any ideas what might be wrong? Thank you in advance!! :)
