What is this building??????
so. . . . . . . before i was single in the game the area next to the house in the north east area where a little 'cubby' like space is with stone paths are on the ground was empty, but. . . when i married Shane a small building with a sign that has a white-ish block on it appeared??? and i can't enter the building or anything so . what is it???????

It's Shane's marriage decoration, all the spouses have a unique one. It does nothing, it's decoration.
