Help! Stuck inside lower area of Secret Woods

A screenshot or description would help me so much. My character is stuck in the dark passage that led to the lower area of Secret Woods. She got in but she can't get out. How/where can I exit that? So embarrassing. I've tried going straight up from where I can come down, but that's blocked.

same way you got in. the two small bushes on the other side of the tree line on the left before the big bush head between those

There are hidden walkways through the hedge between bushes both top right and top left of the clearing you are in.

Also, check to make sure there isn't a slime in the hidden path blocking you.

I've had trouble getting out also so I don't go in there anymore.
