How do I install the .NET 5.0+?

I was using the compatibility version, but now I want to play the Expanded mod and I heard it doesn't work on the compatibility version, so now I'm trying to play on the normal one but the game open and closes immediately.

I've already tried all the things recommended on this situation, except the NET. How do I see and update it?

Type "download .Net 6.0" in google. It should be the first search result. It's a framework myde by microsoft. Download the desktop user version.

Im also having this problem and i have done everything ive found on the internet. smapi does not show any errors either. If anyone could help, id be grateful.

what type of PC do you have ?? can it handle the 64bit version?? Do you have more then 4GB Ram??
did you update to windows 11?

Yes, my PC can handle 64 bit and have more than 4Gb, but I'm on Windows 10.
