The dark shrine & monsters on the farm question

Thinking it might be fun having them spawn but didn't know if they like destroy crops, fences, etc (which would be a pain) or maybe attack your spouse if whoever it is happens to be outside after dark

yeah.. been trying to find info & not really turning anything up so if anyone's had an experience/knows anything I'd appreciate it.

They don't do either, from what I've read. Just attack you. They do spawn randomly, to my knowledge, so I don't think you can fence them in...
