Broken Bridge in Cindersap forest?

I've noticed a suspicious-looking gap between the wizard's tower and the abandoned house (hat shop). I looked on the wiki and couldn't find out anything about it. Does it lead to a new area and is there any way to cross that gap?

for flower dance, has no other use just to stop you from going into that area for rest of year.

As someone who has walked around the outside of that map just outta curiosity, there is literally nothing on the other side of that bridge.
I guess they load in a different map when they do the flower dance. Which was kinda saddening

Anyone know how to remove the boulder near the train station or what Clint's request is so it's removed?

It's an added quest for the SDV extended mod. I don't remember the quest item, but it should be on the SDVE wiki somewhere. If you're not using mods, it's an endgame thing.
