getting past the Henchman
I have finished the comunity center and have opened the cave up by the train depot... I went into the cave and ran into the Henchman, but he will not let me pass,,, How do I get him to let me pass?

Spoiler, if you're lazy and just want the answer now
Void mayonnaise. Get a void egg either from your void chicken, or buy a void egg in the sewers for 5k or so.
