Creative games like Stardew Valley?
I love to create. I loved Minecraft and Terraria and now Stardew Valley. Do you know any games where I could spend lots of time letting my imagination run wild and create something beautiful in the end?

This is what I made in just couple of hours (decoraitng my house in Stardew Valley)

Not other than Minecraft and Terraria. They're kinda the biggest ones

Unturned has base building.... But nothing to make things pretty by default. It has modding, so you could try that. Start up a singleplayer save and build/mod to your heart is content.

Unturned is a good game, in response to Deagle. Though, the concept of the game gets repetetive and frustrating. Working hard to loot up and build, then losing it all within a day to a week from it being raided even trying your best to defend it. Maybe just explore modding within the games you enjoy and after that try games such as Skyrim, etc.

Starbound, obviously.
Same developer.

ConcernedApe (aka Eric Barone) made Starbound? I kinda doubt

Chucklefish.
It even uses some of the same sound effects and similar music.

Well concerned ape either had a hand in this or they just coincidentally happened to try to set the same vibe than stardew valley and that seems unlikely.

I'm pretty sure they did actually coincidentally happen to try to set the same vibe. Which is why they ended up under the same publisher; Chucklefish. Stardew actually entered Chucklefish' portfolio years after Starbound did, so if anything, Starbound had a hand in the shaping of Stardew, but really, I doubt that. They're both passion projects.
Creativerse is worth a look...and it's free

My Time At Portia is like Stardew Valley but focuses more on crafting than farming.

Oh yeah, factorio is pretty amazing too.
The only game I somehow managed to put 1000 hours into.
It's less about decoration and more about solving logistics puzzles tho.

Starbound is a very similar game to Terraria, so that is probably worth a look if you liked that.

House Flipper might be worth a look if you don't already own it. While it is nothing like Stardew Valley in gameplay it does have the creative/decorating side covered. You buy houses, clean them up, decorate them (everything from the floors to walls and furniture etc) and then sell them for a profit to potential buyers looking for specific things. They are continually adding at this point in time to the game (the developer has stated they even have more ideas they want to continue to add but obviously can only add some much at time) and have a garden DLC which is suppose to come out in the near future too.
