Good Day Everyone,
i don't know if i am the only one struggling with the Size of the farmland.
In My Opinion it's way too small and it would be great to add an ingame Option (at the create a character screen maybe) for a bigger farmland or an option to buy more land to expand your farm while ingame.

Please discuss with each other, i'd like to hear what you think about this - but remember - always be nice to each other.

I believe there are multiple mods already that expand your farm or give you an extra ploy of land.

I would just use those. if you don't know how to install mods look up in the forum. there are plenty of discussions over it

It's already enough farmland for me, like it literally doesn't make sense for me to get even more money through farmland than what i get already. We're 3 people at our farm and everybody does have like 60-80 squares of land for crops and the money flow is already big enough to have a nice income while still having enough time to do other things. So there's plenty of room for other things like treef farms, decorations and some coops.

For my first vanilla farm I went standard size, which, can seem pretty overwhelming when you're new. Now that I've put in a little over 150 hours, yeah I'm starting to feel cramped, and am having to redesign the layout. It just depends on how much you want to do on your farm after all.

So, when I am finished with the farm I'm currently working on, I'm planning on using Immersive Farm 2 over on Nexus. It's easy to install & remove as far as mods go. You place it into I think the mods folder as it's own folder. However, no other farm map will work while installed. So, when you want to play a different farm style, you simply remove that same folder.

It's huge & lovely, and great for multiplayer. If you're playing alone, the tractor mod would be helpful.

do you may have a link of the mod to share? is it beta-compatible?

Here you go.

https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1531

I don't see any files for the beta, only 1.3. The modder is active though and will probably make updates.

Hi Everyone :)
thank you a Lot Anita Coffee - that's an awesome mod, i love it :)
not the way i would solve it but it's great. (i'd still prefer the option to enlarge your farm by buying more farmland and expand it that way)

Glad you like it! Getting ready to use it myself. I agree that I wish you could expand by buying, but c'est la vie.
