I don't know if there's a mod or something that lets you do this, but what I do know is that even without mods, you can take a screenshot of the whole area you're in which basically allows you to screenshot your entire farm at once.

Simply pause, go into the options menu, and from there, go all the way down to the bottom where you'll see what looks like a camera button. Click that, and you'll save a screenshot of your entire farm if that's where you are. Saved screenshots can be found in the following directory:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Screenshots
Make sure you enable the "Show hidden items" box, otherwise you won't see the AppData folder.

You can also go into your game files and modify it, either for a farm individually, or the default for the game.
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\startup_preferences
if you open startup references with a text editor you can modify both "zoomLevel" and "localCoopBaseZoomLevel" to where you want it to be.
Alternatively, if you navigate to ...\StardewValley\Saves\<farmname>_<somenumbers>, you can open up the inner <farmname>_<somenumber> file with a text editor and modify those same zoom settings for only that save.

I think messing around with those should get you the desired effect.

if you have a 4K 40 inches monitor you can set the game to be almost fully zoomed out actually,at least you farm will be completely on 1 screen, I think the town is cut off on the corners

Someone already posted something similar to this response, but as a pretty basic mac user I found these instructions (that i modified for zoom) from the forum pretty helpful:

In the Finder,

Open Go To Folder from the Go menu
Copy & Paste the following path into the box:

~/.config/StardewValley/Saves

and click Go

It'll open up Stardew Valley's Saves folder where you can find a folder for each of your Farmers with his/her name and a serial number attached.
**I would immediately Copy your Farmer folder of interest and Paste a copy somewhere else for safekeeping, like into your Documents folder or similar.
In the folder of interest, there should be 2 files with the name of your character with a string of numbers after them, open both in TextEdit (I've also been editing the .old file just to be safe.)
Hit Cmd + F and enter <zoomLevel>it should bring up something similar to <zoomLevel>0.75</zoomLevel> All you have to do is edit the number in the middle.

I adjusted mine to .5 and it's a game changer! I might make it lower in the future though.

Edit BOTH files with the same number and save them.
Then just open your game, then that farmer and you're good to go.

(Original instructions were for editing a farm layout. Credit to http://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/can-i-change-farm-type-mid-game.1554/post-9658
