Wedding in Winter?
Could anyone tell me if you can present the mermaid pendant and marry your sweetheart during the winter season? Or is it restricted to Spring, Summer or Fall?

You can! You need to have gotten the mermaid pendant in Spring, Summer, or Fall, but once you have it you can propose at any time and the wedding is three days later, no matter which season.
