How to find Blue scroll

so im trying to get the blue scroll as its the last one i need. but i have no luck finding it in the mines. i have gone down several times and yet i never get it. i got the first 3 relatively easy. whats the best way to farm this scroll. thanks

Bring a hoe and just dig in the dirt of the levels 80-120, or pray to RNGJesus for a drop from the monsters.

I recomend if you upgrade it its much much easier to find items from hoeing the ground. if you get it up to gold you can dig a 3x3 area in one swing (increases the odds of finding one or more items 9x as you are digging in 9 spaces at once) by holding down the left mouse button to charge it

bring a hoe (perferably iron or better) and dig every spot in the mines levels 40-80, as it can ONLY drop from the levels ive listed also blue slimes have a low % of dropping it (1% i think)

did not know it was rare my first time playing and am trying play blind, i got it from killing a blue slime around floor 57 my first an only drawf scroll so far.
