Why does everybody hate Maru?

What? I've never heard of anyone hating Maru. I've seen some who are neutral to her but never any hate.

I married Maru in my first game, so no "everybody" does not hate Maru, and I've never heard anyone on here say they hate her, so no, your title does not say it all

I have heard people don't like Haley but I have not seen anything about people not liking Maru.
They might not care about Maru but have not heard of any hate like CeliriaRose.

I haven't seen "hate" for Maru, but I have seen many people say she's ugly (to them). Another potential reason for a mass dislike of her: Sebastian is a common favourite to marry, so perhaps a few too many players have taken his side in the "family drama".

More or less, i am sure there at least 1 of each of the npc that someone may or may not like. My self, I enjoy them all, but i am sure there plenty other.

The irony is that you say ''not everyone shares that opinion'' without realizing that this thread was made because OP was questioning everyone's hate for Maru.
