Turn down the game colume there.

This lowers the volume for the game overall, including the post title screen where volume isn't an issue.
I do honestly think that they game should just slightly lower their default volume for the title screen.
Like the dev needs to look at this issue and fix it.
The above work around is an issue on my computer thanks to me doing a bunch of sound things on it. I need to uninstall all of that so that I can actually use the volume settings on my computer as they where intended... but I fear doing so will mess other things up and then I am just... out in the water with no boat and I can't swim.
You shouldn't worry about that, as you'd only have to tweak the sound volume of Stardew Valley specifically.
