I had 8 for the 8 ducks that i own but now i have only 4?? What happened to them? wtf

Weeds, lightning, an NPC walking through them... who knows.

If you have them inside the coup, a duck can collide with them and thusly destroy them. This also happens with NPCs walking into them and also with Lightning striking them if they are outside.

Oh didn't know about that! So that's why it's a not ok to do kegs outside?

I keep my Kegs outside and I've never had one disappear.

However, I do have lots of Lightning Rods and I keep the area clear of weeds and debris.

Uh... I keep mine inside the coop and I've never had an issue.

I've always kept mine in my buildings. I did move some outside though because I didn't want to build anymore hardwood fences. It just depends on the path of an animal, npc, and other factors that have been stated already.
